Robert Hurst brings decades of professional experience, community involvement, and a deeply personal commitment to the mission of Champions Christian Academy. A graduate of Radford University, Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1985 and has built a career spanning more than 38 years in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as President of SWFL Equity Lending LLC. His connection to education is personal: for eight years he served on the Board of Directors of Donna J. Beasley Technical Academy, where he developed a genuine heart for students who needed a different educational path — an experience deepened when his son graduated from the school. Robert believes deeply in the potential of young people and in providing an educational environment where students are supported, encouraged, held accountable, and reminded that setbacks do not have to determine their future. Robert has been married to his wife, Conny, since 1992, and they are the proud parents of two adult children, Mirella and Bobby.

Katrina Salokar

Katrina Salokar is a longtime Lee County resident, business owner, publisher, and community leader with decades of experience in marketing, communications, business development, and civic involvement. She is the founder of the Southwest Florida Business Alliance, publisher of East Lee County News, and owner of Paradise Creative Group and Paradise Business Consulting. Much of her work has centered on connecting people, strengthening local businesses, encouraging community participation, and helping bring attention to issues affecting Lee County residents. Faith has also been an important part of Katrina's life — she now attends Alva Church of God. She is pleased to serve on the board of a Christian school and believes strongly in the importance of faith, character, personal responsibility, strong families, and providing young people with an education that prepares them to live purposeful and productive lives.

Greg Jackson

Greg Jackson is an evangelist, speaker, and the Director of City Takers SWFL, a Christ-centered missions organization committed to reaching communities with the hope of the Gospel. After experiencing a life-transforming encounter with Jesus Christ, Greg dedicated his life to evangelism, discipleship, and equipping believers to live out the Great Commission. Through City Takers SWFL, Greg has helped build a movement that unites churches, ministries, businesses, and community leaders to serve Southwest Florida through practical outreach and the love of Christ — providing food assistance, youth mentoring, prison and juvenile justice outreach, community events, leadership development, and evangelism training. Greg is the founder of the annual Taking the City Bash, a faith-based outreach that brings together nationally recognized Christian artists, speakers, churches, and families for a weekend centered on worship, evangelism, and community transformation. His life message is centered on unity, evangelism, discipleship, and transformation: to love people, equip the Church, and see lives forever changed by the power of Jesus Christ.

Butch Swank

Butch Swank is an entrepreneur, community leader, and passionate advocate for educational opportunity. As CEO of Blue Water Components and President of Goodlad & Swank Insurance, he has spent nearly three decades building successful businesses through leadership, accountability, and a commitment to helping people succeed. His dedication to education began as President of the Lehigh Elementary School Advisory Committee, where he established the Watch D.O.G.S. program to increase parental involvement. He later served on the Lee County School District Audit Committee and has participated in numerous initiatives focused on student success. Butch currently serves on the Lee County Horizon Council, the Board of HCA Lehigh Regional Medical Center, and as President of the Southwest Florida Business Alliance. He believes every young person deserves the opportunity to overcome obstacles, discover their potential, and build a productive future. As a board member, he brings a unique combination of business leadership, governance experience, workforce development insight, and an unwavering commitment to helping students find a path to success.

Lutgarda Padron

Lutgarda Padron brings to Champions Christian Academy a heart for service, a deep commitment to families, and years of experience helping and advocating for others. Professionally, Lutgarda has dedicated much of her career to the healthcare field, currently working with Innovative Renal Care in Lehigh Acres, where she provides administrative, technical, and logistical support to physicians, staff, and patients — coordinating appointments, meetings, and services, and helping patients navigate important needs such as transportation to dialysis appointments. Before joining Innovative Renal Care in 2017, she spent approximately 12 years working as a Medical Assistant. Before joining the Board of Champions Christian Academy, Lutgarda served on the Board of Donna J. Beasley Technical Academy as its Parent Liaison, where she became an important voice for parents within school leadership. As a member of the CCA Board and Parent Liaison, she is committed to helping strengthen the relationship between our school and the families we serve — ensuring parents feel heard, and advocating for students who may need additional encouragement, patience, or another opportunity to succeed.
